We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We charge the card at the time of booking or 24 hours before the ride. In case of cancellation, we will refund your money given our cancellation policy is met:)
 

Yes, the quote provided to you at the time of reservation will be all-inclusive. No hidden charges are involved. 
 

You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after and your ride will be confirmed. In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 
 

You will receive driver information 24 hours before your scheduled ride, along with vehicle information such as model, year, and plate number.  

You can modify your reservation at any time by emailing or calling our number if you would like to make any changes.
