Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here’s how cancellations work with Black Car Premium.

Free Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change, we’ll do our best to work with you.

Flight Delays and Changes

For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pickup time at no charge if your flight is delayed or arrives early. This is not considered a cancellation or change.

No-Shows

If a chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup location and time and is unable to reach the passenger, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and billed accordingly.
