Our Services
Black Car Premium provides chauffeured transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, city-to-city trips, and hourly/as-directed service throughout Boston and Greater Massachusetts.
Bookings and Pricing
Pricing is provided upfront based on pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and date/time of travel. Prices are fixed at the time of booking unless additional stops, wait time beyond the complimentary period, or changes to the original trip are requested.
Chauffeurs and Vehicles
All chauffeurs are professionally vetted, and all vehicles are maintained to our service standards. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at time of booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, or damages the vehicle. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Liability
Black Car Premium maintains commercial insurance coverage for our transportation services.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may affect pricing. Please contact us as early as possible for any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
